Caitlin is an accomplished communications and fundraising strategist with over a decade of experience empowering campaigns, nonprofits, and community initiatives to achieve transformative results. Caitlin's a master with words and spreadsheets alike.

Beth has been organizing in red districts for a decade. First as a candidate for Iredell County Commissioner, then as the Iredell County Party Chair and now as the Chair of Chairs for the state of North Carolina. She's known for innovative canvassing approaches and cuts rural turf better than anyone else in the business.

Emma is a winner. She's managed three winning NC state legislative campaigns - all targeted races - and won all three. She's known for her voter-first, grassroots strategy and loves to build layered voter outreach that engages voters online and IRL.
